These platform policies explain how author submissions, reader membership, and manual payments work.
Author rights-transfer waiver
I confirm that I own or am authorized to transfer the rights to every submitted work. When AethelInk approves a work, I agree to transfer its publishing rights and ownership to the platform owner in exchange for the base compensation and any approved quality bonuses shown at the time of approval. Pending and declined submissions are not transferred. I consent to AI-assisted screening and human review. I understand that AI screening is not proof of originality and that approval is at the administrator’s discretion.
Waiver version: 2026-10-25. The author’s name, acceptance time, and version are recorded. The approval record stores the agreed compensation and transfer time. Authors should obtain independent advice before signing an ownership transfer; these terms are not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal review.
Reader membership & PayPal verification
Send the fee shown on the membership page to aldrina.p.aliser@gmail.com. A receipt alone does not activate access. The administrator confirms receipt of the actual funds, then grants exactly 30 days of access. There are no automatic PayPal debits. After expiry, submit a new transfer and receipt to renew. Keep your payment transaction reference for any unresolved verification. Approval does not prove payment through an automated PayPal integration.
AI-assisted review is advisory
AI-generated reports may be incomplete or incorrect. An editorial originality estimate is not a plagiarism match percentage, a reliable AI-detection result, or proof of copyright ownership. No live web search is used. Human review is required for every publishing decision.
Compensation & author payouts
Base compensation and discretionary quality bonuses are credited when a submission is approved. Withdrawal requests require at least $100 USD and reserve that amount until review. Administrators send payouts manually and record a transfer reference. Declined requests release reserved funds. Approval in the ledger does not itself transfer money. Balance changes by administrators are logged.
Privacy & account control
Cover artwork is public. Original PDFs and payment screenshots are encrypted in your browser before upload; decryption keys are held in encrypted server records. Only authorized readers, the submitting author, and administrators receive manuscript keys. Platform account access and publishing records may be disabled or removed by the master administrator. The platform owner manages underlying authentication accounts through the supported Users controls.
Common questions
When are my publishing rights transferred?
Only when the administrator passes and publishes a work, after the mandatory waiver is signed. Pending or declined submissions do not transfer rights.
Does uploading a PayPal receipt activate my membership?
No. The administrator must confirm the actual payment before approving 30 days of reading access.
Does an AI originality estimate certify my work?
No. It is an AI-generated editorial estimate only, and requires human judgment.
Do my earnings withdraw automatically?
No. Submit a request once your available balance is at least $100 USD. Payouts are processed manually.
